WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICING AND MINIMUM ORDER
- Wholesale pricing is set at 50% off the Easy Wind Outfitters retail price.
- Minimum wholesale opening order is $300 or 36 pairs
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at checkout
- A reseller’s tax ID must be provided to create a wholesale account
ORDER PLACEMENT AND TURNAROUND TIME
- Wholesale orders must be placed via the dedicated wholesale portal accessible at WHOLESALE LOGIN LINK.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 business days.
- Order confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of placement.
- Backorders will be communicated promptly with estimated availability dates.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment is required in full at time of order.
- Easy Wind Outfitters accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express)
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the products are damaged or defective.
- Any claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
MARKETING AND BRANDING
- Wholesale accounts are available to Brick and Mortar retail shops only.
- Resale on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy, is strictly prohibited.
- Retailers must sell Easy Wind Outfitters products at the MSRP. Promotional sales may be run only with prior written authorization from Easy Wind Outfitters.
PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION
- Customization orders are not available at this time.
INVENTORY AND STOCK LEVELS
- Easy Wind Outfitters will make reasonable efforts to maintain sufficient inventory.
- Occasionally some items may be out of stock. We will ship items immediately and backorder any out of stock items. We will ship your backordered items when available.
